I've got a recipe that has about 2 syns in it (mainly because I can't resist the taste of tahini and substitute it with sesame oil). A free one would be lovely :D
1 Tin of chick peas drained
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 or 2 cloves of garlic depending on taste
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
3 large dollops (sorry I didn't measure it!) of very low fat natural fromage frais
Blend it all together

I didn't see Poppy until about 11 this morning, and she was all 'Oh hello, you're back then. Nice to see you again' and just got on with it.
Shadow was sat at the front door when we got home yesterday and started meowing at us straight away. Gave us all a proper telling off. In the end I put him back out cos I was fed up with him. When I woke up this morning he was still meowing at me from outside. After he had breakfast he settled down and went to sleep on Charlie.
A few hours later, the girls and I were upstairs putting stuff away. And Shadow came to the bottom of the stairs meowing his bonce off again, he thought we had left him again.
Cats are funny.

I had a huge roast dinner today and used some treat points for a heathy apple crumble (low fat spread, and less sugar than normal).
All cheese is high in fat
